We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our team in Denville, NJ. This role involves providing essential personal care and companionship to clients in their homes, helping them maintain dignity and independence.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation
• Active New Jersey CHHA certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year of previous caregiving experience
• Ability to pass background check
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for weekends, evenings, and occasional last-minute shifts.
• Reliability and punctuality in attending assigned shifts.
• Professionalism when interacting with clients, families, and team members.
• Willingness to follow care plans and agency protocols.
