About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at Right at Home Denville as a Home Health Aide, where you will provide compassionate care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in the comfort of their homes. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Help clients with mobility and physical exercises to promote independence.
- Document and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent care.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred but not required.

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
