- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Help clients with mobility and physical exercises to promote independence.
- Document and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent care.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred but not required.
